- If you connect Apple Health, Google Health Connect, or wearable providers, we may access wellness signals such as sleep and heart-related metrics to generate readiness and recovery insights.
- We may process basic sync information (such as timestamps and source device/app) to keep your data accurate and up to date.
- Medical and safety information (if you provide it)
- Survey responses, injury notes, limitations, medications, clinician guidance, pain reports, and related safety or restriction settings.
- Assistant and voice features
- Messages and context you provide to the in-app assistant.
- Voice recordings (if you enable microphone features), transcripts, and related outputs used to carry out actions you request (such as building a training session).

- Push notification token, platform, app version, and related data necessary to deliver notifications.

- Health and medical information is used solely to support training insights and safety-related features within the app.
- Total Titan is not a medical provider and does not offer medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.
- If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security and reliability, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data. You may request deletion of your data as described below.

- Update your profile information in-app.
- Change coach sharing and consent settings in-app.

Total Titan is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us.
